Costume Manager

Costume Manager works alongside the owner and manager to ensure all costumes, wigs, and accessories are in perfect shape for each event and performance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable, talented, and reliable individual to ensure our costumes pieces are in excellent shape every weekend. Individual will be responsible for all aspects of backstage costume/wig care after completing paid training. 

Job Type:

Part Time



- 10 hrs split between Wed & Thurs at your convenience



- Organized

- An eye for detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Competence in sewing

- Competence in hair and theater wig styling

Responsibilities and Duties:


Altering or mending costumes

- Styling, washing, cutting wigs

- Washing, drying, steaming, and inspecting costumes

- Fitting costumes onto the Performers

- Looking after costumes between scenes

- Helping Performers change costumes between events

- Storing costumes and returning used items


- This is a W-2 position 

- You can expect to earn $10-$25/hr, pay determined by experience




Licensed Cosmetologists work at children's birthday parties in Western Pennsylvania.  They work to create a magical and once-in-a-lifeime make-over experience for little ones. 

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and talented cosmetologists comitted to creating  high quality hair, make-up, and nail services for children's parties and events. Parties will be mobile, meaning compensated travel will be required for each event.
This position requires individuals to be comfortable with groups of 10-25 children.

Please note: This position does not guarantee any amount of weekly/monthly hours. We book individuals on a freelance basis when we have a party or event booking. 

Job Type:







- Experience in working with children required.

-PA child abuse clearances & background check required.

- Must have drivers license and reliable transportation

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certification from a recognized cosmetology school

- State cosmetologist license

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Make-up application

- Manicures

- Hair Styling


- This is a freelance 1099 position 

- Pay will vary by the type of event and experience level

- You can expect to earn $20-$50/hr, pay determined by experience
